Attending the congress were Colonel Tran Tien Hien - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, leaders of Nui Thanh District Party Committee and Party Committees of Tam Quang, Tam Hai and Tam Nghia communes.

During the past term, the Party Committee of Ky Ha Port Border Guard Station focused on effectively implementing political tasks, firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the maritime border. The unit strictly maintained combat readiness, did a good job of controlling entry and exit, and closely coordinated with other forces to maintain security and order in the maritime border area. Mass mobilization and local advisory work in implementing Directive 01/CT-TTg achieved many positive results.

The Party Committee focuses on building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit, in which political and ideological education, moral training, and promoting the sense of responsibility of cadres and Party members are promoted. Inspection and supervision work is seriously implemented, contributing to improving the fighting capacity of the Party organization.

During the term, the unit organized 720 border patrols, inspected 36,382 vehicles/292,060 workers entering and leaving the sea; completed entry and exit procedures for 12,601 vehicles/132,863 crew members and 16.95 million tons of goods.

The unit took the lead in detecting and handling 12 cases/15 subjects related to drugs, seizing nearly 20 grams of drugs; coordinating to handle 12 more cases/16 other subjects. In addition, it handled 55 cases/78 subjects of administrative violations, collecting nearly 362 million VND for the budget.

Ky Ha Port Border Guard Station organized 134 anti-IUU fishing propaganda sessions, 78 political propaganda sessions with more than 3,300 listeners. Successfully coordinated the organization of an online contest on Vietnam Border Law with more than 6,200 participants. Supported the evacuation of 2,288 people, participated in 88 salvages of sunken fishing boats, forest fire fighting, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters...

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of Ky Ha Port Border Guard Station for the 2025-2030 term and the prescribed positions.
