Specifically: Bac Ninh city has 190 households with residential land area, land allocated for sale without authority that must be recovered, currently has approved the compensation plan for 107/190 households; Que Vo town has 102 households, has approved the compensation plan for 32/102 households; Thuan Thanh town has 126 households, has approved the compensation and support plan. Electricity, water and irrigation infrastructure items are striving to be relocated in September. Localities are urgently completing resettlement areas to soon hand over land to people whose land has been recovered, stabilizing their lives.

Up to now, the construction progress of packages 14, 15, 16 is being vigorously implemented. However, packages 15 and 16 have not met the schedule due to problems with the land area for residential use and land for sale without authority; the construction capacity of some contractors has not met the requirements; it is necessary to increase machinery and equipment, especially rollers, bulldozers and levelers. Package 14 in particular is about 3 months ahead of schedule, and is currently paving concrete layers. The total construction value of the entire project is 740.50 billion VND / 2,299.0 billion VND, accounting for 31.0% of the volume value.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Bac Ninh city, Que Vo town and Thuan Thanh town to seamlessly hand over the site to the investor before April 22. At the same time, he requested Que Vo town to participate more resolutely; develop a detailed plan, clear completion schedule, and have frank dialogue with the people in compensation and support for the recovered land; Develop a plan to protect construction and speed up the construction progress of resettlement areas, ensure people's safety, create a spillover effect, and convey messages to localities where Ring Road 4 passes through.
