The TV bridge "Forever the Triumph " was produced by Vietnam Television on the occasion of 50 years of national peace and unification with three bridge locations at Thong Nhat Park (Hanoi), the special national relic of the Hien Luong-Ben Hai area (Quang Tri) and Saigon Riverside Park, Thu Duc City (HCMC).

The program will be broadcast live at 8:10 p.m. on April 27 on VTV1 channel.

Attending the Hanoi bridge were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Nguyen Xuan Thang; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai; Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Tran Luu Quang; Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai.

At the Quang Tri bridge, there were National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army Trinh Van Quyet; Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan; Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh.

Also attending the three bridges were members of the Party Central Committee, former members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and organizations and a number of provinces and centrally-run cities; revolutionary veterans, heroic Vietnamese mothers, heroes of the People's Armed Forces, heroes of labor, veterans, former people's police officers, former youth volunteers, militia and self-defense forces, historical witnesses, etc.

Spectacular TV bridge celebrating 50 years of unification

Thong Nhat Park, inaugurated in 1961, is a historical symbol of the desire for peace and North-South reunion.

The two banks of Hien Luong - Ben Hai are symbols of the will and aspiration for independence and freedom of the peace-loving Vietnamese people.

Saigon Riverside Park, Thu Duc City is a connection between tradition and modernity, demonstrating the vitality of a heroic, dynamic and creative city.

Recreating the triumphant march to celebrate the 50th anniversary of unification at three historical bridges and three chapters "Aspiration for peace", "Will for independence and unification" and "We are proud to go up! Oh Vietnam", the television bridge reconstructed the heroic history of the nation in the past, while highlighting the achievements of the country throughout the journey of construction and development.
