Leaders of the Provincial Women's Union awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" and the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2010-2025.

Over the past 15 years, the District Women's Union has proactively and effectively implemented the Campaign, closely following the direction of superiors and the actual local situation. The Union has concretized the criteria of 5 no 3 clean; integrated with patriotic emulation movements, such as: "Chiem Hoa joins hands to treat waste and fight plastic waste", "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

Many creative ways have been implemented by the Union at all levels, from assigning targets, organizing registration to honoring typical families and models, such as: "Family meeting the 5 no 3 clean standards", "Clean house, beautiful garden", "Typical 5 no, 3 clean association". Propaganda and guidance work is focused, at the same time the Union also actively supports women in economic development, building happy families through activities such as borrowing capital, vocational training, job creation, health care and environmental protection.

After 15 years, 85.4% of households in the district have met the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean". The whole district has built over 1,300 models of "Clean house, beautiful garden", 27 model "Typical 5 no, 3 clean branches" with nearly 700 members participating.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Chiem Hoa district awarded certificates of merit to 23 collectives and 41 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" and the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2010-2025.
