The project selected investors through the form of land use rights auction in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; located in Hoa Luat Nam village, Cam Thuy commune (Le Thuy). The investment objective of the project is to invest in restaurants, hotels and eco-resorts to meet market demand, expand tourism services, create jobs and improve living standards for workers, contributing to the development of local socio-economy.

With an estimated land area of ​​69,998m2, the Cam Thuy Eco-Resort, Hotel and Restaurant project has construction items such as: Resort, villas, bungalows, administrative area and auxiliary works, entertainment area, green park, outdoor sports area and multi-purpose house.

Regarding the implementation progress, the project will complete the land use rights auction procedure within 12 months from the date of the decision approving the investment policy (April 3, 2025) of the Provincial People's Committee. Complete and put into use within 36 months from the date of the land lease decision.

According to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee, the investor who wins the land auction to implement the project is responsible for working with the Department of Finance to implement the deposit measure, ensuring the implementation of the investment project according to the provisions of the Investment Law within 6 months from the date of winning the land use rights auction.

The leader of the Department of Finance said that within 24 months, if the investor who wins the land auction does not complete the land lease procedures to implement the project according to regulations, the decision approving the investment policy will no longer be legally valid. At the same time, the investor will not be compensated or supported for any investment costs and costs related to the project.

In addition, investors must make detailed plans within the project area, carry out environmental procedures and submit them to competent authorities for approval. Comply with legal regulations on investment, enterprises, planning, land, environmental resources, construction, tourism, traffic, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
