The conference will be a meeting and dialogue on the theme of promoting the role of women in socio-economic development; improving capacity and qualifications, building happy families, and improving the material and spiritual life of women. The conference will take place over a half day.

The conference was organized for the Provincial Party Standing Committee to listen to the aspirations, reflections and recommendations of cadres, members and women. Thereby, Party committees and authorities at all levels promptly led, directed the resolution and proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the 17th Provincial Party Congress.

Through contact and dialogue to disseminate the Party, State and province's policies and guidelines to cadres, members and women, creating consensus to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks; at the same time promoting gender equality and women's development in the new period.
