Speaking at the orientation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Ngo Thanh Danh emphasized: With the spirit of urgency, seriousness, discussion without retreat, implementing the policy of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has spent a lot of time giving opinions on the contents within its authority.

The arrangement of commune-level administrative units was carried out by the province seriously, democratically, publicly, in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the Central Government and the province on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus. During the implementation process, voters' opinions were sought on the arrangement plans and received high consensus and unanimity from the people.

In addition, implementing Resolution 60 of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, the three provinces of Dak Nong, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan have coordinated to organize the implementation; at the same time, leading and directing to ensure the simultaneous arrangement of the apparatus, serving the people and economic growth and development.

The Provincial Party Secretary shared the initial difficulties of cadres, civil servants, and public employees when Dak Nong merged with Lam Dong and Binh Thuan. Because Dak Nong is a province that was established more than 20 years ago. The cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers are mainly young, saving for many years to build a house to live in.

All meetings and activities of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the documents of the province have proposed issues related to the lives of workers, civil servants and laborers after the merger of the province and having to go to the province to work such as transportation and housing arrangements. Based on the general basis of the Central Government, the province has also studied specific issues of the province, especially for cadres and civil servants in difficulty.

Comrade Ngo Thanh Danh affirmed that for commune-level cadres after the rearrangement, the province will study and make appropriate calculations, especially to resolve special cases.

According to the commune-level roadmap ending on June 30 to operate the new apparatus on July 1, most of the province's communes will be merged, only 3 communes are expected not to be merged. Therefore, the provincial Party Committee members in charge of the area need to coordinate and urge the locality to string together the draft congress documents of the communes after the merger, and carefully filter them to ensure requirements and regulations.

From now on, the organizations and individuals in charge of the area need to start implementing to complete the draft documents of the commune-level congress after the arrangement.
