On April 15, Viettel Can Tho coordinated with Can Tho City Business Association (CBA) to organize a workshop on "Digital transformation of enterprises in Can Tho City", with the participation of more than 100 enterprises operating in the business sector.

Sharing at the workshop, Major Dam Thai Thuoc, Deputy Director of Viettel Can Tho, said that the explosion of the 4.0 industrial revolution has a strong impact on the production and business activities of enterprises. This situation requires enterprises to have a digital transformation platform for more effective management. Although it is an inevitable trend of development, many enterprises are currently facing difficulties in investing and implementing digital transformation. Many units apply technology locally, while to achieve optimal efficiency, they need a comprehensive ecosystem.

In recent times, Viettel Can Tho has regularly coordinated to consult on solutions, provide 4.0 technology products, and create digital transformation for small and medium enterprises in the area. Although Viettel Can Tho has many products, it does not have a comprehensive roadmap to help businesses fully visualize digital transformation. Therefore, this workshop is an opportunity for Viettel Can Tho to listen to the opinions of businesses and experts to support the digital platform for businesses to be more complete.

According to Mr. Le Van Loi, Vice President of Can Tho City Business Association, digital transformation helps businesses a lot in management activities of marketing, retail systems, logistics supply, human resource management, etc. The obvious benefit is that it helps businesses handle daily tasks quickly and effectively. Businesses are increasingly simplifying their operating structure, streamlining departments while still ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Mr. Loi emphasized that in the current context, the faster a business applies digital transformation, the more competitive advantage it will have in the market. However, along with that comes the challenge of security and the risk of information insecurity in management. If technology products do not ensure security, it will greatly affect the reputation of the business and the trust of customers. Therefore, as one of the units dedicated to digital transformation, Viettel Can Tho in particular needs to focus on improving and upgrading the security of future technology products.

The workshop focused on discussing 4 important topics related to digital transformation of enterprises, including: Enterprise management platform; Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in production and business; Sustainable logistics development solutions; Using electronic contracts and remote digital signatures. Through the sharing of experts, enterprises participating in the workshop had access to more technological solutions and knowledge to optimize management activities, thereby gaining more experience to adapt to the ongoing digital transformation trends.
