At the meeting, the Department of Finance presented the Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial People's Council on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2025, Dien Bien province. Accordingly, the total capital source for the public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 has been assigned over 18,500 billion VND; implementing a reduction of nearly 48 billion VND from the local budget capital source.

The leaders of the Department of Education and Training submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision on Regulations on extra teaching and learning in Dien Bien province.
