In recent years, the school's emulation movements have developed quite comprehensively in all areas; the content and form of emulation have been innovated, closely following the assigned political tasks. From there, there has been a change in the awareness of self-cultivation, professional ethics training, and implementation of office culture of the teaching staff, civil servants, and employees. Through the movement, good models, effective methods have emerged, many examples of "good people, good deeds" demonstrating responsibility to society and the community. The commendation work has been carried out in accordance with regulations and promptly. In the past 5 years, the school has had 1 individual awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the President; 1 collective and 4 individuals received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister; 11 collectives received emulation flags at the ministerial level; 13 collectives and 37 individuals received certificates of merit at the ministerial and provincial levels; there are 3 emulation soldiers at the ministerial level...

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the school focuses on comprehensively implementing emulation movements, associated with the implementation of specific political tasks of each unit; implementing innovative solutions for emulation and reward work; continuing to implement the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning"; striving by 2030, the quality of activities will have a clear change, closely following the set development strategy goals.
