The inspection contents include implementation according to the license to organize activities, operation management records. Checking the public content at the location of extra teaching and learning. Checking the extra teaching at the facility: Students participating in learning, extra teaching and learning content. Checking fire prevention and fighting work and other related contents.

The inspection period is from March 20 to April 15, in the form of surprise inspections of public educational institutions and extra-curricular teaching and learning facilities.

According to the leader of the Department of Education and Training of District 1, this inspection is to require strengthening coordination, improving management responsibility, regularly inspecting and supervising activities at tutoring facilities in the area. Absolutely do not allow organizations and individuals to operate tutoring activities without permission.

At the same time, inspect, handle violations, and monitor the operations of licensed tutoring facilities, ensuring that they operate in accordance with regulations and licensed content. Inspect the implementation of tutoring and learning according to regulations.

On the other hand, promptly and strictly handle establishments that operate unlicensed tutoring activities, do not comply with regulations, cause insecurity and disorder, and affect the rights of learners.
The Department of Education and Training of District 1 also requested that principals of primary and secondary schools notify teachers who participate in extra teaching and learning to know and properly implement regulations on extra teaching and learning.

Have a plan to conduct internal school inspections on the management of extra teaching and learning. Make a list of managers and teachers currently teaching at extra teaching and learning facilities.

Additional teaching and learning establishments must publicly disclose their operating licenses and relevant guidance documents on additional teaching and learning.
