The Tay Ninh Holy See is one of the religious buildings with a very unique architecture, unlike any other building today. While large buildings are often designed and built by architects according to drawings, the Cao Dai Tay Ninh Holy See was built by His Holiness Pham Ho Phap without any documents or drawings, but entirely based on the efforts and hands of workers.

This is a unique architectural work with a harmonious combination of heaven and earth and people. The Cao Dai Holy See of Tay Ninh is a very sacred place to serve the needs of contemplation and worship, a place where the unique architecture of Eastern and Western philosophy converges. Like other religious architectural works around the world, the architectural layout of the Tay Ninh Holy See also contains philosophical, religious or mystical views. Within the Holy See campus, there are nearly 100 large and small architectural works, gradually built over 14 years, such as Bao An Tu (Temple of the Mother Goddess), religious agencies, and the stupas of high-ranking dignitaries.

The Tay Ninh Holy See is a complex of buildings built on an area of nearly 12 square kilometers, about 2,000 square meters wide, with two bell and drum towers about 25 meters high. The Tay Ninh Holy See is surrounded by a fence and includes many large and small buildings such as the Holy Temple, the Buddha's Mother Temple, and the Stupa. The Holy See is about 100 meters long and has 12 gates. All gates are carved with the image of the Four Sacred Animals (dragon, unicorn, turtle, phoenix) and lotus flowers. Of which, the main gate is the largest with a unique decoration in the shape of two dragons fighting for a pearl. Only on major holidays or special events such as welcoming heads of state or leaders of other religions will the main gate be opened.

The Tay Ninh Holy See was built by the people without any cost or effort, and they did not even get married during the construction period to ensure enough yin and yang for the project. All theories about size and architecture were directed by His Holiness Ly Giao Tong Giang Co to the people. Just like that, the Tay Ninh Holy See project was completed after 22 years of construction. In 2024, the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" continued to be organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists on the website https://happy.vietnam.vn is open to all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over.
