Introduction: Binh Thuan is the southernmost coastal province of Vietnam, with a coastline of 192 km from Da Chet Cape bordering Ca Na (Ninh Thuan) to Binh Chau alluvial land (Ba Ria-Vung Tau). It borders Ninh Thuan province to the north, Lam Dong province to the northwest, Dong Nai province to the west, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau province to the southwest. The provincial capital of Binh Thuan is Phan Thiet city, 198 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
