'Best Companies To Work For in Asia' is an annual award organized by HR Asia Magazine in 16 Asian countries, honoring businesses with outstanding human resources policies, corporate culture and the best working environment in the region. In the Vietnamese market, this year, HR Asia conducted a survey of more than 53,250 employees from more than 700 businesses to select 130 companies in many different fields.

A clear example is the recent Manulife Future Leaders 2024 program, which attracted 1,200 Gen Z candidates to apply, while reaching out and connecting with more than 10,000 students across the country.
