Effectively implement management solutions for educational institutions implementing educational linkages with foreign countries using integrated educational programs that have been assessed, approved and permitted for implementation by the Ministry of Education and Training.

"Departments of Education and Training need to proactively review the conditions to ensure the implementation of educational linkages and integrated educational programs in accordance with regulations. Regarding foreign language teaching, the Ministry of Education and Training encourages educational institutions to implement socialization in the spirit of voluntariness in foreign language teaching to increase study time; teach foreign languages ​​through math and science topics; and teach some subjects in foreign languages.

Focus on organizing training, guiding schools to develop implementation plans, organizing thematic conferences, evaluating, summarizing, and drawing lessons to ensure the implementation of STEM education at educational institutions is of high quality, effective, and practical.

Strengthening the consultation of the provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches, and localities at the district level to pay attention to arranging funding sources and equipping facilities to ensure effective implementation of STEM education in educational institutions in the area in accordance with local conditions according to regulations; effectively implementing propaganda work, raising awareness of managers, teachers, parents, and students about the role of STEM education.
