According to the report, the Co Ma New High-end Urban Area has a scale of more than 235 hectares, invested by Han River Sun Company Limited (under Sun Group Corporation).

The project is located in subdivision 8 of Co Ma - Tu Bong tourist urban area, Van Phong economic zone, Van Phuoc commune, Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province. This location is close to major routes such as National Highway 1A, North-South railway and DT651C road.

The complex will provide 171 townhouses, 150 three-storey villas, 5 mixed-use apartment buildings and many other items such as parks, schools, commercial service areas, medical stations, cultural and sports facilities... The project has 8,800m2 of land for building three-storey social housing. The population is about 9,700 people.

The total investment of the project is expected to be over VND9,000 billion, of which the minimum equity capital is 15%. The project will operate for 50 years, with implementation progress from 2024 to 2029.

Upon completion, the project will become a complete and synchronous new urban area including technical infrastructure; commercial housing, residential land; service works, resort tourism, and accommodation facilities. The project will use local hot mineral water to develop tourism products to serve the needs of residents and visitors.

Previously, the leader of Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board said that the Co Ma high-end urban area is expected to start construction on July 29.

Van Phong Economic Zone covers an area of ​​about 150,000 hectares, of which more than half is water surface area, the rest is mainland and islands. The whole zone is divided into 19 sub-zones, is one of the three key economic zones of Khanh Hoa province, aiming at developing seaports, logistics services, urban areas, and resort services.
