The emulation bloc of party agencies has 9 units, including: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Board, Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Board, Provincial Party Committee Internal Affairs Board, Provincial Party Committee Inspection Board, Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, Quang Tri Newspaper, Le Duan Political School.

In 2023, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies has implemented the operating regulations well; proactively registered emulation contents closely following the characteristics and situation of the agency and unit. Emulation work motivates cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to unite, strive, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

In order to effectively implement emulation movements towards celebrating major holidays and important events of the homeland and country in 2024, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies has launched the emulation movement and proposed a work plan for 2024 to ensure the implementation of the emulation movement in a synchronous, substantive and effective manner.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, supplementing and contributing many opinions to draft documents related to the emulation activities of the bloc, including: Operating regulations, Emulation covenant signing, Work plan and Criteria table for evaluating the bloc's activities in 2024.

After agreeing on the contents, the leaders of the agencies and units under the bloc signed the emulation covenant for 2024, focusing on implementing well the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, performing assigned political tasks, building strong agencies and units; studying key contents to advise and propose to the Party Committee and the government to direct quality implementation.

Carry out administrative reform well; actively participate in gratitude and social security activities; respond to and effectively implement emulation movements launched by the central government, the province, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and activities organized by the emulation bloc of party agencies.
