At the Port Company (Dong Bac Corporation), the peak emulation movement called "Lightning Speed ​​- Victory" was launched from March 1 to May 19, associated with key political and production and business tasks in 2025. Colonel Hoang Hong Quang, Party Secretary of the Port Company, affirmed: Promoting the glorious revolutionary tradition, each cadre, worker, civil servant and employee always upholds the spirit of patriotism, love for the industry, solidarity, creativity, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, striving to excellently complete all tasks, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The content of the movement focuses on raising awareness, responsibility and determination of the staff and workers; comprehensively completing and exceeding the production and business targets for the first 6 months of the year, ensuring stable jobs, sustainable income and increasingly improving spiritual life for workers. Along with that, the company also focuses on building a regular unit, strictly abiding by military discipline, promoting administrative reform, modernizing management and comprehensive digital transformation.

Every cadre, party member and employee in the Port Company strives to compete in production and labor, striving to complete the 2025 production plan with the goal of exploiting 4.6 million tons of coal - a number that clearly demonstrates the determination and internal strength of the unit.

Captain Bui Van Hung, Manager of Workshop 3, Port Company, shared: The emulation movement is concretized by the workshop through many practical activities such as organizing periodic technical seminars, encouraging workers to propose technical innovation initiatives, improving product quality, and increasing labor productivity. Currently, the team of officers, workers, and laborers at the workshop skillfully and effectively operate modern conveyor systems and high-tech washing and sorting lines, meeting modern production requirements.

At the Mineral Exploitation Company, the emulation movement is implemented synchronously with the spirit of "Proactive - Autonomous - Creative - Responsible". The company has put into operation a washing and deep processing system with a capacity of 300 tons/hour since April 5, 2025, contributing to increasing the coal recovery rate, improving the quality of coal produced and meeting the increasingly high demands of the market. In addition to production tasks, the company pays special attention to improving working conditions and taking care of workers' lives. A practical project is the kitchen at Construction Site 1, Dong Da Mai mine with a capacity of serving 350-450 meals/day, inaugurated on April 6, 2025, contributing to improving the health and spirit of mine workers.

Not only the Port Company and the Mineral Exploitation Company, the emulation movement is spreading strongly throughout the entire Dong Bac Corporation. With the motto of action in 2025: "Breakthrough - Development - Safety - Efficiency", the member units of Dong Bac Corporation are focusing on implementing well the 3 breakthroughs. In which, effectively performing the role of "Combat Army - Working Army - Production Labor Army"; preparing to invest and deploy new projects, such as going deep into Dong Ri mine, Bao Dai mine... expanding to new production fields such as bauxite, titanium... Promoting the application of modern technology, digitizing the operation - production process, at the same time focusing on comprehensive management of resources (human, finance, technology, market...) to create momentum for sustainable growth in the new era of development.
