Tuy Phuoc Dong needs to innovate management thinking towards creation

Comrade Tran Minh Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and directed the Congress.

Attending the Congress were representatives of leaders of a number of agencies, departments, branches and units of the province, along with 180 official delegates representing 1,458 party members in the entire Party Committee.

Tuy Phuoc Dong Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Phuoc Son, Phuoc Hoa, Phuoc Thang. In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people have overcome difficulties and achieved many important results: economic growth, positive structural shift, social security is focused, national defense and security are maintained, urbanization rate reaches nearly 32%.

People's lives have improved significantly, with an average income of 58.5 million VND/person/year, and a rate of trained workers of over 60%. To date, all three communes have met new rural standards; of which, Phuoc Son was recognized as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2022, and Phuoc Son and Phuoc Hoa have met the criteria for type V urban areas.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress discussed and agreed on important goals and tasks: building a clean and strong Party organization and a streamlined, effective and efficient political system; promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation; promoting the strength of great national unity, creating breakthroughs in trade, services and tourism.

The congress identified four breakthroughs: effectively implementing the General Planning Project for the 2025-2035 period, with a vision to 2050; improving the quality of human resources; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation; completing socio-economic infrastructure, attracting investment in trade, services and tourism .

The congress also agreed on 25 main targets for the 2025-2030 term along with 6 basic solutions. Accordingly, the total budget revenue in the commune reached 56,400 million VND; average income per capita reached 87-90 million VND/person/year; the multidimensional poverty rate decreased to 0.36%; 100% of households used clean water...

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Minh Son emphasized: The 2025-2030 term is of special importance. The entire Party needs to quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity, improve leadership capacity, promote democracy, and innovate practical and people-friendly working methods.

He suggested that the new Party Committee quickly concretize the Congress Resolution with a plan and action program following the motto of "6 clear" (clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority), with the spirit of "high determination, great effort, drastic action" to successfully achieve the set goals.

The government needs to innovate its management thinking in the direction of creation, building a team of communal cadres with comprehensive capacity, knowing how to apply digital technology and closely following reality. At the same time, it is necessary to promote administrative reform, develop culture and society, improve people's lives, and put people at the center of development. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen national defense and security, maintain political stability, social order and safety, and promptly resolve problems arising at the grassroots level.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organization and personnel work. Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of the commune consists of 25 comrades; Comrade Huynh Nam was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term.
