The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing to deploy the Online Public Service Agent model chaired by BIDV Dak Lak at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to act as the focal point, coordinating with BIDV Dak Lak and other agencies and units to urgently implement related tasks to put this model into operation in April 2025.
In the immediate future, the Provincial People's Committee requests BIDV Dak Lak to prioritize the selection of essential and simple administrative procedures for people, to support organizations and individuals in submitting documents online, helping to reduce pressure on state administrative agencies at the reception and result delivery departments, creating conditions for all people to access essential services in the most convenient way.
Assign the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and BIDV Dak Lak to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to develop a coordination regulation between the parties in implementing the Online Public Service Agent model; organize a delegation to survey and learn from the experience of the Online Public Service Agent model at the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center to ensure the model operates effectively, serving people and businesses better and better.

It is known that on March 27, 2025, BIDV signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement with the Hanoi City Public Service Center to deploy services such as: Online Public Service Agent, Support for newly established businesses/business households, providing banking products and services... This means that BIDV's entire network system will become Online Public Service Agent points, acting as agents to guide and support people and businesses in looking up, accessing and using public administrative services on an online platform, guiding online payment of administrative fees and charges safely and conveniently. This is the first cooperation model implemented between the Public Administration Service Center and commercial banks nationwide.

The Online Public Service Agency model is a strong transformation in the administrative reform process, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses, while accelerating digital transformation. BIDV has a widespread network system, complete IT infrastructure, and is connected to the national public service portal.
BIDV Dak Lak's participation and cooperation with the Public Administration Service Center will help expand the scope of access, serve people quickly and accurately, bring practical benefits to people and the business community as well as contribute to promoting digital transformation and the overall development of the province's public administration sector.
