Speaking to VNA reporters in Buenos Aires on the occasion of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam appointing the General Secretary, journalist Gaston Fiorda - a Southeast Asian affairs expert for the National Radio of Argentina - expressed his belief that under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam will continue to achieve brilliant development and raise Vietnam's international position to new heights.
