In recent years, no commune or town in the district has exceeded the rate of 60% of couples of the right age to have 2 children. The funding source for implementing the policy according to the content of Resolution 26 is allocated from the level of health, population and family expenditures in accordance with regulations...

At the meeting, members of the Supervisory Delegation also listened to opinions, made recommendations, and raised difficulties and problems in implementing Resolution 26 such as: The level of expenditure for collaborators doing population work is still low, propaganda and mobilization activities on population policy are still difficult because some people of working age go far away to work, the reward level for families having 2 children is still low, not meeting the need for raising children...

The leaders of Go Cong Tay district also proposed to the Supervisory Team to continue to maintain the reward policy and increase the level of support for women who give birth to 2 children before the age of 35. In addition, the province is requested to consider and add some policies for people of childbearing age such as: Free pregnancy check-ups, prenatal screening, newborn screening, support for hospital fees when pregnant and giving birth to a second child, increase the level of support for population collaborators, families and children.
