In 18 years of operation in Vietnam, this is the 16th consecutive year (2009-2025) that Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has won the Golden Dragon Award organized by Vietnam Economic Magazine in collaboration with the Institute for Policy and Strategy Studies (Central Policy and Strategy Department) in Hanoi.

In order to ensure customer benefits, make the insurance consulting process transparent, and comply with new regulations of the Law on Insurance Business, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam is a pioneer life insurance company in implementing audio/video recording of insurance consulting results between customers and financial consultants from August 2023 and is continuing to improve to enhance customer experience.
