( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of August 14, at the K9 Relic Site (Da Chong, Ba Vi, Hanoi), the delegation attending the Emulation Movement for Victory in the period of 2019 - 2024 of General Department II held a ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho. Lieutenant General Tran Cong Chinh, Political Commissar of General Department II, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of General Department II chaired the ceremony.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the delegates respectfully offered incense to express gratitude for the merits of President Ho Chi Minh; respectfully offered to Uncle Ho the typical feats and achievements in the Emulation movement to Win over the past years. Over nearly 79 years of building, fighting, winning and growing up, generations of cadres, soldiers and employees of General Department II have always promoted the heroic tradition, being a particularly trustworthy political force, an absolutely loyal fighting force of the Party, State, Army and People; always loyal, steadfast, courageous and responsible, united, determined to overcome all difficulties and hardships, in any conditions and circumstances, always striving to excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing significantly to the victory of the cause of national liberation, national reunification, building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Over the past 5 years, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of General Department II has led, directed, thoroughly grasped, and concretized the resolutions, directives, and instructions from above into emulation, reward work, and the Emulation Movement for Victory. Proactively proposed many policies and solutions; effectively innovated the content and form of emulation, promoted the spirit of striving, self-reliance, solidarity, and creativity of all cadres, employees, and soldiers, and successfully carried out all assigned tasks.

Before Uncle Ho's spirit, the delegates pledged to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement Uncle Ho's thoughts on patriotic emulation; to promote the political and spiritual factors and the strength of all organizations and forces in implementing the Emulation to Win movement.
