Gold prices continue to set records

Gold price today April 14, at 2:00 p.m., domestic gold price is hovering at a historical peak.

Saigon Jewelry Company Limited - SJC listed the price of SJC gold bars at 105 - 107.5 million VND/tael.

Bao Tin Minh Chau is buying SJC gold bars at 105 million VND/tael and selling at 107.5 million VND/tael.

At the same time, the price of gold rings is also being traded by Bao Tin Minh Chau at around 102.6 - 106.2 million VND/tael for buying and selling.

Domestic gold prices today skyrocketed following the increase in world gold prices. At 2 p.m., world gold prices stood at around 3,230 USD/ounce, equivalent to 101.98 million VND/tael.

Gold prices surged to new all-time highs last week as global markets were rocked by trade policies from major countries. According to the latest Kitco News weekly gold survey, both experts and retail investors are optimistic about gold prices rising this week.

Domestically, gold prices have also increased sharply, continuously setting unprecedented historical highs. Over the past month (from March 14 to April 14), domestic gold prices have increased by VND10.9 million/tael for buying; and VND11.9 million/tael for selling.

Accordingly, the buying price of SJC gold increased from 94.1 million VND/tael to 105 million VND/tael; the selling price increased from 95.8 million VND/tael to 107.5 million VND/tael.

Be careful when "going for the top"

According to analysis from experts, the price of gold has been increasing sharply in recent days, causing investors and people who bought gold before to make huge profits. The investment profit from gold is many times higher than saving in banks.

However, in this context, experts recommend that investors be cautious when buying gold, because if they do not calculate carefully, investors can easily buy gold at the peak price. At that time, the profit is not much, although the gold price is forecasted to have a high possibility of increasing.
