Regarding exam supervision and grading, the Ministry of Education and Training established inspection teams to directly conduct inspections at the Departments of Education and Training. Inspection times are according to the prescribed schedule. To review exam papers, the Ministry of Education and Training established 5 inspection teams at 10 Departments of Education and Training.

The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Inspectorate of the Department of Education and Training prepare forces to establish inspection teams and conduct surprise inspections when there are signs of violations, according to feedback or according to the direction of leaders; prepare for situations of natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure situations.

The head of the competent inspection agency shall issue a Decision to establish an inspection team, approve the plan and direct the activities of the inspection team in accordance with the provisions of law on inspection.

Ensure that there is an inspector directly performing the inspection work in the quarantine area (each round of inspection has 1 inspector who is isolated with the Inspection Team during the inspection process. The inspector performing the round 2 inspection does not overlap with the inspector performing the round 1 inspection, and the isolation procedure is carried out according to the procedure of the inspector.
