At around 9:30 a.m. on April 14, a stainless steel railing on the 4th floor of the Pedagogical Practice School (Vinh University) suddenly fell into the schoolyard, injuring 3 female 9th grade students of the school and requiring hospitalization.

Immediately after the incident, the school quickly took the students to Vinh City General Hospital and Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.

Of the three injured students, one was seriously injured and is being monitored for a head injury, while the other two suffered less serious injuries.

According to initial information, at the time of the incident on the 4th floor, a group of students were playing, causing the stainless steel railing to fall onto the school yard, at the same time as 3 students were playing below.

Nghe An police are currently blocking off the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
