One of the contents approved at this session is the adjustment of the 2025 public investment plan from the provincial budget. Specifically, the 2025 public investment plan from domestic capital for basic construction is adjusted down by 26,311 billion VND for 7 projects to supplement the 2025 capital plan for 4 other projects. The 2025 public investment plan from the province's land use fee revenue is adjusted down by 29,778 billion VND for 5 projects to supplement the 2025 capital plan for 3 other programs and projects. The 2025 public investment plan from lottery capital is adjusted down by 230,298 billion VND for 9 projects to supplement the 2025 capital plan for 15 programs and projects...

In his closing speech, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Hoai Anh emphasized: The process of developing the Project on merging administrative units was strictly implemented, ensuring compliance with regulations from the stage of organizing the collection of voters' opinions, approving the policy of the People's Councils at the commune and district levels. After this session, the meeting chair requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of the adopted resolutions to ensure compliance with the procedures and provisions of the law.

At the same time, complete the dossier of the Project on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units according to the prescribed plan and time; ensure the general progress to submit the dossier of the Project to the Ministry of Home Affairs before May 1, 2025; fully prepare the basis and premise for the termination of the current district-level administrative unit's operation from July 1, 2025. Continue to do a good job of information, propaganda, ideological orientation and public opinion, creating unity and high consensus on the new policy, arrangement, building the political system, arrangement and reorganization of provincial-level administrative units, and commune-level administrative units. Direct the construction of the organizational structure of local governments at the commune level according to the prescribed standards and criteria. Focus on promptly resolving the regimes and policies for subjects affected by the arrangement of administrative units at all levels in accordance with current legal regulations.
