VASCO is a member of Vietnam Airlines Corporation and is currently in charge of operating the route connecting Ca Mau with Ho Chi Minh City. This route officially came into operation in May 2004, initially with a frequency of only 3 flights per week. Over time, as travel demand increased, the airline expanded the frequency to daily flights.
VASCO representative said that after more than 20 years of operation, VASCO has operated more than 13,744 flights, serving more than 696,114 passengers and transporting more than 4,000 tons of cargo. The Ca Mau - Ho Chi Minh City route not only helps local people travel more conveniently but also contributes significantly to the socio-economic development, tourism and investment attraction in Ca Mau province.
Maintaining and developing this flight route is of great significance in connecting Ca Mau with major economic centers, creating favorable conditions for trade and integration.
