Stating the goal of organizing the apparatus "Refined - Lean - Strong - Effective - Effective - Efficient", the Prime Minister requested to continue reviewing and arranging units and agencies according to the conclusions, policies and orientations of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW, the Steering Committee of the Government, in accordance with the specific nature of the military and police forces; ensuring no tasks are missed, overcoming the overlap and duplication of tasks, better completing the functions and tasks of agencies, reducing focal points, reducing intermediaries, reducing administrative procedures, strengthening the grassroots; promoting digital transformation, enhancing database building, researching and developing artificial intelligence for dual use.

The Prime Minister suggested continuing to summarize and promote good lessons, valuable experiences, and effective methods of the two ministries in streamlining and streamlining the organization and apparatus in recent years.
