Nguyen Hue walking street still has 'no empty seats', crowded to celebrate April 30

According to Thanh Nien, at 6 p.m. on April 30, people and tourists continued to flock to Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) to have fun and watch fireworks. After the parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, people were still excited to watch and participate in programs and activities in the evening.

Ho Chi Minh City organizes fireworks displays for cultural and sports activities under the theme "Colors of Uncle Ho's City" - "National Unification Day" in the area in front of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, along Nguyen Hue walking street and the Saigon River area.

Tonight, Nguyen Hue walking street continues to be crowded.

Ms. Le Thi Khanh Linh (7 years old, in District 10) shared that on April 27, 29 and 30, she and her friends went to the central area of Ho Chi Minh City to have fun and participate in activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification. "Today is the last day I participate in the programs, although I'm tired, I'm still happy. It's a bit difficult to move between locations, but I think it's an impressive memory to recall later."

Ms. Huynh Viet Anh (30 years old, living in Tan Phu District), inched her way through the crowd as she moved from Nguyen Hue walking street to Bach Dang wharf. "This morning, there were so many people watching the parade that I thought it would be less crowded tonight, but I didn't expect to be unable to move or budge."
