However, the Ministry of Education and Training also recommends that training institutions review effective admission methods, eliminate methods that interfere with the system as well as cause difficulties and obstacles for society; perfect the admission process, shorten the time for the first round of admission. Especially when entering the Hemis system, the national database on higher education, the connection of this database has helped universities and management agencies access data more quickly, publicly and transparently.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Phong Dien, Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, also said that this year, the admission process is less stressful than last year. With technical support, candidates do not need to choose an admission method or admission combination, they only need to choose the major and school they want. Sharing at the meeting of the Steering Committee for University and College Admissions for Preschool Education in 2024, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son affirmed: University and college admissions for preschool education in recent years have become increasingly stable, reducing pressure and creating convenience for candidates and schools. Notably, enrollment is becoming more and more convenient, assessing students' learning ability. The application of digital transformation in enrollment has reduced inconvenience for candidates and training institutions; creating fairness and transparency for society.

Regarding the issue of early admission, Deputy Minister Hoang Minh Son requested that each unit clearly recognize the problem and agree to study and adjust the Admission Regulations in the direction of respecting the autonomy of higher education institutions but putting the interests of learners first. In particular, pay attention to the basic principles, which are fairness, objectivity, trust, transparency, equality and suitability to the requirements of the profession according to the characteristics of the schools.
