Young worker with many initiatives

Promoting the enthusiasm and responsibility of youth in the field of production and labor, Mr. Vu Truong Giang (born in 1996), Deputy Head of Solution Department - Phu Tho Information Technology - Telecommunications Center, is always proactive, exemplary, and takes the lead in completing assigned tasks in all fields; at the same time, he has many valuable initiatives that have been put into application, contributing to improving work efficiency and the unit's economy .

Typical examples include the solution "Applying the vnSocial platform to improve the efficiency of customer care"; the initiative "Building a mobile app to serve the management and operation of customer care, improving the satisfaction rate of customers using VNPT Phu Tho's services"; the initiative "Automatic backup solution for backlog documents on the iOffice v4 document management and operation system"...

For many consecutive years, Mr. Giang has been awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" by Phu Tho Telecom. In 2023, Mr. Giang was one of 54 outstanding individuals to be awarded the title of "Excellent Young Worker" nationwide for the 14th time by the Central Youth Union Secretariat. In 2025, Mr. Giang was honored to become one of 6 delegates, representing the young generation of the Fatherland to attend the 8th National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings.

He shared: "I always want to contribute part of my strength to the development of the agency and unit; at the same time, actively participate in Youth Union activities, social security activities, and contribute to the community."

The "January Stars"

Attending the 8th National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings, for Nguyen Thu Huong, a student of K19, University of Primary Education B - Faculty of Primary and Preschool Education, Hung Vuong University, is an honor, pride and a worthy reward for her efforts in the past time.

Possessing good academic achievements with an average cumulative GPA of 3.79/4.0 for the 2023-2024 school year, classified as Excellent, with a training score of 100 points and many contributions to the work of the Youth Union - Association, in the past school years, Thu Huong has achieved many proud achievements such as: Achieving the title of "5 Good Students" at the provincial level for the 2022-2023 school year, being awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association for "Outstanding achievements in the work of the association and student movement for the term 2018-2023"...

In 2024, Thu Huong has excelled in becoming the "January Star" recognized by the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association nationwide. The January Star Award aims to honor and reward students who are Youth Union and Association officials with outstanding achievements in studying and training, in Student Association work, Youth Union work and student movements.

“I will continue to strive in my studies and training, following the example of great Uncle Ho to devote my youth to the work of the Youth Union and Association and spread the spirit of study and training to other students,” Nguyen Thu Huong shared.

6 delegates from Phu Tho province were honored to attend the Congress, including: Nguyen Thi Kim Hoan (teacher of Trung Giap High School, Phu Ninh district); Dinh Thu Thao (medical staff of Tan Son District Medical Center), Phan Thi Dieu Thu (student of Hung Hoa High School, Tam Nong district); Hoang Trung Thang (Director of Thanh Lam Agricultural and Food Cooperative, Cam Khe district); Vu Truong Giang (Deputy Head of Solutions Department, Phu Tho Province Information Technology and Telecommunications Center); Nguyen Thu Huong (Student of Class K19, University of Primary Education B, Faculty of Primary and Preschool Education, Hung Vuong University).

The advanced youth delegates representing the young generation of the Fatherland were selected to attend this Congress, although studying and working in different fields, but they share the same pride, enthusiasm and creativity of youth; take Uncle Ho's teachings as the guiding principle for all actions; are not afraid of difficulties or hardships, and are determined to conquer the peak in all fields, in study, labor, work and life.
