At around 5pm, the convoy of tanks and armored vehicles gradually advanced towards Ba Dinh Square amid the cheers of the people. The rain had stopped and it was cool and cloudy.
Ms. Huong (Thuy Khue, Ba Dinh) gave her phone without a camera to a young man on the street for help, while witnessing a convoy of tanks and armored vehicles arriving at the assembly point. When it was explained that this phone could not take pictures, the woman over 50 years old kept fumbling to open the phone to search. "What a pity, what a pity for my child?" - she repeated.
Like everyone in the capital at this time, Ms. Huong also wants to preserve the joyful and brilliant atmosphere of the great national holiday.

Latest updates from traffic police, traffic flow areas, stable traffic situation, no congestion. Local traffic police teams will base on the actual situation, proactively develop plans, organize traffic to ensure security and safety.
In particular, the traffic police force will flexibly close and open roads to ensure that parades and marches take place as planned and meet the legitimate travel needs of the people.
Meanwhile, the Traffic Police Department on the same afternoon issued a recommendation to people who need to travel to Hanoi to monitor the activities of the general training ceremony to minimize the use of personal vehicles; focus on using public passenger transport (buses, coaches, trains, elevated trains, etc.) to avoid sudden increases in the volume of personal motor vehicles in the city, increasing the risk of traffic congestion.
In case of having to use personal vehicles to travel, people need to pay attention to the personal vehicle gathering points arranged by the organizers; stop, park, and gather according to the instructions of the authorities; do not stop or park on the roadway or on the sidewalk, causing traffic congestion.
