The project has a total investment of 1,100 billion VND, with a modern and synchronous scale, meeting the training needs of 5,000-6,000 students. The project is deployed on an area of ​​22.3 hectares, with implementation time from 2025-2028.

Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Tung - Rector of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering said that after completion, the project will become a center for training, research and technology transfer, meeting the requirements of educational innovation; at the same time, contributing practically to the development of high-quality human resources of Ninh Binh province in particular, the Red River Delta region and the whole country in general.

According to Ms. Ha Lan Anh - Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, the Investment Project to build Hanoi University of Civil Engineering - Ha Nam Branch at Nam Cao University Area is one of the important and key projects of the province, with a large investment scale, bringing many expectations for strong changes and development of the education and training career.

The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee always pay attention to directing and focusing all resources on investing in strategic infrastructure development; in which priority is given to developing education and training infrastructure, focusing on developing high-quality human resources, promoting the attraction and use of talents.

The construction of Nam Cao University Area with a land area of ​​about 754 hectares, invested in a synchronous technical infrastructure system, of which the land area for training and research facilities is 388 hectares with the goal of attracting multidisciplinary and multi-field higher education facilities, scientific research facilities and technology development associated with urban areas.

Thereby, gradually modernizing the technical facilities of higher education institutions in a concentrated and modernized direction according to regional and international standards to develop high-quality human resources and improve the quality of education and training of the province as well as the Red River Delta region.
