In his opening speech, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong affirmed that Quang Tri is a province with a small agricultural land area, but about 80% of the population lives on agriculture. Over the years, the province's agriculture has always been a bright spot and affirmed its important position, a driving force and a solid foundation for the economy.
Through many policies to promote agricultural production towards high-tech application, digital transformation, OCOP product development, improving agricultural value chains and building sustainable new rural areas. Many young people in the province have boldly started businesses in the agricultural sector, applying science and technology to deep processing and consuming products through digital platforms. Many youth cooperative models have contributed to promoting sustainable production, creating jobs and increasing income. However, in the process of starting a business in agriculture, young people are still facing many difficulties such as lack of capital, limitations in accessing science and technology, product output, production linkage, etc.

Therefore, this dialogue is an opportunity for provincial leaders to listen to the opinions and suggestions of young people, and at the same time exchange directions and suggestions to help young people better promote their role in agricultural and rural development.

According to Secretary of the Youth Union of Ward 1 (Dong Ha City) Nguyen Nu Mai Linh, in recent years, the province has been implementing many policies on developing agricultural production, farmers and rural areas in a modern and sustainable direction. In particular, organic agriculture, high technology and production linkage according to value chains have been interested and supported for implementation. To start a business in this field, what specific policies will young people in the province be supported with, especially access to preferential loans, land and science and technology...
Regarding the payment for forest environmental services, member Ho Van Dinh, Dakrong district bridge, said that this is an important financial resource, contributing to improving the lives of local people. At the same time, it contributes to protecting the forest environment, reducing deforestation and illegal exploitation of forest products. So, what solutions can young people access to forest environmental service payment policies and improve their income from forest protection?

Research, review and resolve recommendations
After listening to the contents, recommendations and proposals of the Youth Union, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested the leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors, units and localities to, based on their functions and tasks, inform, discuss and have specific answers to each issue and opinion. At the same time, provide more information about the important mechanisms and policies of the province to help local Youth Union members access policies and support resources in the start-up process.
In the coming time, to build a young workforce with professional qualifications to participate in agricultural production and rural development with a new mindset, it is recommended that agencies, units and localities review models and agricultural development projects of young people to promptly grasp their thoughts, aspirations and problems in order to have support solutions; build training programs focusing on organic, ecological, high-tech agriculture...; continue to support and accompany young people to participate in developing the agricultural economy in the direction of organic, green agriculture, applying environmentally friendly production processes...

On behalf of the Youth Union in the province, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Tran Thi Thu received and thanked the information and suggestions from the provincial leaders, representatives of departments, branches and units. In the coming time, the young generation in the province hopes to continue to receive more attention, leadership and direction from all levels in supporting and accompanying the youth in the process of establishing themselves, starting a career and building their homeland.
At the conference, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong awarded 4 billion VND as loan capital according to Resolution 103/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council to 40 young people with start-up models in the province.
