One of the bright spots in the province's labor picture in recent times is job creation. In 2024 alone, the province created 18,181 new jobs, exceeding the set plan by 10.19% and increasing by 2.2% over the same period last year. This is evidence of the strong recovery and development of production and business activities in the area, while affirming the effectiveness of the province's job creation support policies.
The field of sending workers to work abroad under contracts also recorded encouraging results. The whole province has sent 2,772 workers to work abroad, reaching 110.8% of the plan, a number that shows the interest and demand of workers in the province for the international labor market.
