This is a special event in a series of programs to meet typical examples of Commune and Town Police and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, organized by the Ministry of Public Security.

The event was attended by nearly 300 representatives of the communal police and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level of 9,000 communes and towns nationwide. Comrade To Lam - General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam attended and directed. General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security chaired.

Also attending the program were comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and representatives of leaders of ministries, departments of the Central Government and Hanoi.

Within the framework of the program, delegates and audiences had the opportunity to meet and interact with typical and advanced examples of the Commune and Town Police force in carrying out political tasks, affirming their role as a solid "support" for the people, always accompanying the people, listening closely and promptly resolving their legitimate concerns and aspirations. They not only resolved conflicts within the people right at the grassroots level, but also built trust and connection between the police force and the community.

The program "Living in the hearts of the people" also has many special performances praising the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force, as a deep gratitude to the police force of communes, towns and outstanding individuals who have contributed to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.

Stories of strong transformation in digital transformation or rescue work; especially during storms and floods, were shared for the first time, as vivid evidence of the noble qualities of police officers, always standing quietly behind common successes; not afraid of difficulties and dangers to protect the peace of the people. Those touching images and stories clearly depict the saying: "When the people need, when the people are in trouble, there is always the police" - the commune police officers always accompany, share and are a solid support for the people in all circumstances.

At the program, the Ministry of Public Security launched the "Sunflower Campaign" - sharing beautiful images on the Internet to spread and multiply good initiatives and beautiful stories about sharing, caring and helping each other between people and the police force, ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
