( Bqp.vn ) - On August 1, the General Staff organized the 2024 Young Propaganda Contest. Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army attended and directed the contest.

With the theme: “Heroic Army, Strong National Defense”, 14 teams from agencies and units in the General Staff brought to the contest many profound contents, inspiring and creative expressions, skillfully combining the form of dramatization with art forms of singing, dancing, music... and visual support forms such as video clips, billboards, posters, photo boards, along with highly artistic and practical illustrations and supporting content. Thereby, it really attracted and captivated viewers, while highlighting the theme of the contest.

The content of the contest focuses on propagating the tradition of fighting to defend the country of the nation, the heroic and glorious tradition, the results of building, fighting and growing up of the Vietnam People's Army, the General Staff; the current guidelines and policies on national defense, people's war to protect the Fatherland of our Party and State; the contributions of the Army's youth, the General Staff's youth in building and protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam and the responsibility of the entire army's youth in continuing and promoting traditions in studying, working, working, building the Army associated with strengthening national defense...

After one day, the contest took place excitingly and successfully, leaving many impressions on the audience.

According to Colonel Bui Tuan Quynh, Deputy Chief of Political Department of the General Staff, the contest is an opportunity for the Youth Union cadres to exchange and learn; improve awareness, responsibility and skills in organizing Youth Union activities, especially propaganda skills through the form of dramatization with rich and attractive propaganda art forms for union members. The teams have determined the content well, made many efforts, were creative, and chose the form of expression with reasonable capacity, bringing viewers back to the heroic past, the tradition of fighting to defend the country of the nation; the glorious tradition, achievements in building, fighting and growing up of the General Staff, of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, especially the continuation of the glorious tradition of today's young generation. Thereby, contributing to strengthening the trust, promoting the role and responsibility of the cadres, union members and youth, successfully carrying out the political tasks of each unit and the entire agency.
