In addition to introducing the new trio of Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra products at the Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung revealed an ultra-thin smartphone called the Galaxy S25 Edge.

Samsung has not yet announced the configuration information nor allowed the tech world to experience the Galaxy S25 Edge in practice. Based on the displayed product, it can be seen that the device has an impressive thinness, a "mole" shaped screen to arrange the front camera, and a flat frame similar to other Galaxy S25 variants.

Unlike the standard Galaxy S25, the back of the Galaxy S25 Edge only has 2 cameras instead of 3. The design of the camera cluster reminds many people of the back of the iPhone 16.
It is not yet clear whether the camera on this super-thin smartphone will be an ultra-wide-angle lens or a telephoto camera to support optical zoom.

Samsung said the Galaxy S25 Edge will be available in May. This is considered a preemptive move by Samsung, as previously leaked information said Apple would also launch a super-thin iPhone this year.
