1. The charter capital of Duc Tai People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is VND 3,627,501,000 (in words: Three billion six hundred twenty-seven million five hundred and one thousand dong).

2. Amend and supplement the business activities according to the Establishment and Operation License No. 21/GP-NHNN, dated June 9, 2009, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the Cooperative Bank.

- Agent providing payment services for Cooperative Bank for members and customers of Duc Tai People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to the Cooperative Bank.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, Commercial Bank, Cooperative Bank.

- Deposit money at Cooperative Bank.
