Carrying out the work of being in charge of the Team and protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children, every year, the Provincial Youth Union develops plans and organizes activities to care for, protect and educate children such as organizing Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Action Month for Children; visiting, giving gifts, supporting students in difficult circumstances; organizing cultural and sports playgrounds for teenagers and children...

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Pioneer Council have implemented many activities to raise awareness and responsibility of Youth Union organizations at all levels in the work of being in charge of the Pioneers and protecting, caring for, and educating teenagers and children.

The work of fostering, training and coaching the team of cadres in charge and commanding the Team is carried out regularly. The Youth Union at all levels focuses on building and consolidating the Team organization, improving the quality of the Team movement and activities inside and outside the school.

The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Young Pioneer Council coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, unions, social organizations, agencies, units, enterprises, etc. to mobilize resources to organize many activities to care for, educate, and protect adolescents and children.

To educate children about ideals, ethics and culture, the Youth Union and the Young Pioneer Council at all levels have carried out many activities such as organizing "back to the source" journeys to take children to study, visit red addresses, traditional craft villages, meet historical witnesses; implementing the program "Training Young Pioneers", organizing the festival "Step up to the Youth Union"; organizing children's forums, conferences to train knowledge and social practice skills for children...

Every year, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee coordinates with the Provincial Military Command to organize the program "Semester in the Army" to foster knowledge about military defense, train awareness of strict compliance with regulations, discipline, life skills, social practice, practical experience... for young people.

Building safe and healthy playgrounds, creating an experiential environment for teenagers and children to compete in studying, exercising, developing physical strength and improving skills through learning and entertainment activities. Youth Union chapters at all levels consolidate and promote clubs, teams, and groups with similar interests, cultural and sports institutions of the Youth Union, and advise all levels and functional sectors to support funding and facilities to organize playgrounds and cultural and spiritual activity venues for teenagers and children.

Every summer, the Youth Union at all levels organizes summer camps in residential areas. The Provincial Youth Activity Center organizes many gifted classes and clubs for football, swimming, table tennis, badminton, basketball, chess, MC, Karate, Taekwondo... attracting thousands of children to participate.

The work of caring for, supporting and helping children, focusing on children in difficult circumstances, is organized regularly, practically and meaningfully with many activities such as visiting, giving gifts, granting scholarships, supporting students in difficult circumstances; supporting the construction of "Red Scarf" houses...

Responding to the peak day of volunteer soldiers "Supporting children in difficult circumstances" in the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the Youth Union at all levels organized many exciting and practical activities to support children in difficult circumstances in localities such as presenting 600 gifts, organizing free haircuts, giving milk and vitamins to children in difficult circumstances; organizing free swimming classes, propagating and instructing knowledge and skills to prevent and combat drowning for teenagers and children with a total value of activities of nearly 150 million VND...

The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Young Pioneer Council actively mobilized social resources to care for, support and help poor children. In coordination with Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) Vinh Phuc branch, the program "Journey of I Love Life" was organized at Lien Minh Primary School (Vinh Yen) with the participation of more than 1,700 students from primary and secondary schools in the province, presenting 150 gifts, including 50 bicycles and 100 scholarships to 150 students with difficult circumstances who are striving to excel in their studies.

Cooperated with Woori Bank Vietnam to organize the program "Nurturing the Future" at Nhao Son Primary and Secondary School (Song Lo), donating 500 children's books, textbooks, advanced books, foreign language books...; renovated the library; donated 10 bicycles to students in especially difficult circumstances and 2 green tree pots to the school with a total value of 70 million VND.

In coordination with the Central Council of Young Pioneers, Sen Vang Entertainment Company, and Sunbeams organization, we donated a playground worth more than 60 million VND to the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital...

With diverse, practical and meaningful activities, the Youth Union at all levels has affirmed the role, responsibility, affection and care of the Youth Union for children and teenagers; contributing to the effective implementation of the work of protecting, caring for and educating children and teenagers.
