According to statistics from the Provincial Youth Union, from 2019 to now, through 6 times of organizing the Investment and Startup Festival for Ha Nam Youth, 129 youth startup projects have successfully raised capital of 57 billion VND. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has also developed a Project to support youth startups and career establishment in the period of 2021 - 2025 and the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee have supported capital for youth startups through the management of the Provincial Social Policy Bank with a support capital of 10 billion VND.

The 7th Youth Investment and Startup Festival in 2025 is an important activity to continue to concretize the policies of the Party, the State, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee on building a startup ecosystem, innovative startups with practical activities such as: Displaying youth startup products; discussing the field of digital transformation in startups and entrepreneurship; exchanging and sharing policies and guidelines to support youth startups, knowledge, skills, and resources needed to start a business successfully; providing capital to support creative and feasible youth startup models and projects in 2025.

The program's Organizing Committee hopes that through the festival, it will create an environment for young people who want to start a business to exchange, learn, and share experiences with each other and with experts in the field of startups, and to learn more about the province's policies and guidelines from provincial leaders and leaders of related sectors.

At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union symbolically awarded VND1.2 billion to the district, town and city youth unions; the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association symbolically awarded VND1 billion to Global Tax Company Limited.

Within the framework of the program, cadres, union members and young people have the opportunity to exchange skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship and career development with speakers and entrepreneurs. In particular, they will learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and the potential application of AI in entrepreneurship, career development and innovation.
