In the period of 2020-2025, the Ha Nam Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has closely followed the political tasks and the content of patriotic emulation movements, with the spirit of solidarity, democracy, dynamism, creativity, high determination, overcoming difficulties, implementing well the emulation movements, building advanced models, contributing to the successful implementation of assigned tasks. In the period of 2020-2025, the branch achieved quite comprehensive results, the policy credit activities were maintained stably and had high development steps, promptly meeting the demand for loans to develop production and business, stabilizing the lives of beneficiaries, contributing to ensuring social security, stabilizing the political situation in the area.

Specifically, the Branch has implemented 13 social policy credit programs. The assigned targets and tasks have all been achieved and exceeded the plan. By March 31, 2025, the total capital source reached VND 3,624 billion, an increase of VND 1,695 billion compared to the beginning of 2020, of which: Balanced capital transferred from the Central Government reached VND 2,783 billion, accounting for 76.8% of the total capital source, an increase of VND 1,197.5 billion; capital mobilized through organizations and individuals reached VND 533 billion, accounting for 14.7% of the total capital source, an increase of VND 238 billion, completing 100% of the annual assigned target; capital entrusted from the local budget was VND 308 billion, accounting for 8.5% of the total capital source, an increase of VND 259.5 billion; completing and exceeding the annual assigned target. Total outstanding loans reached VND 3,615 billion, an increase of VND 1,688 billion, with 45,837 borrowers still in debt. The average growth in outstanding loans in the 2020-2024 period reached 13%/year. Every year, the Branch completes over 99.5% of the assigned credit growth target; helping poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poverty households and other policy beneficiaries access capital for production, business, job creation, income increase and meeting essential needs such as housing, education, clean water and environmental sanitation to improve their lives.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Ha Nam Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies said: In the period of 2025-2030, the branch identified emulation and reward work as one of the important tasks associated with the effective implementation of Directive No. 39-CT/TW dated October 30, 2024 of the Secretariat on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period. Based on lessons learned from the emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025, in the coming period, the branch will continue to research, learn from experience in implementing and organizing the emulation movement in accordance with regulations, scientifically and effectively, motivating and promoting the role and responsibility, encouraging cadres and employees in the whole unit to complete their professional tasks well.

On this occasion, many groups and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and other awards.
