Implementing the direction of Vietnam Electricity Group on increasing support for units that are constructing the 500 kV line project, circuit 3, from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen), Kon Tum Electricity industry has sent 2 batches with a total of 31 employees to undertake the task of erecting poles at position 374, Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province and position 177, Thach Dien commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province.

During the implementation of the mission, with the spirit of solidarity and high determination, the Kon Tum Electricity Industry shock team is one of the teams that is regularly present in the top units in terms of construction progress on the large construction site of the 500 kV line circuit 3.

Each 500 kV pole erection job is a new job for the shock troops, therefore, every day at the beginning of the work, the safety officer must organize a risk assessment, propose preventive measures, unify the whole team, and ensure absolute safety for workers as well as materials, means, and labor equipment.

At column 374, due to the complex terrain conditions, all 54 tons of steel were manually assembled within 17 days. In hot weather conditions, the shock team often started working at 5am; there were nights when the whole team had to work with lights on until 8pm to assemble and assemble the column bars in preparation for the next day's work.

At column 177, the Kon Tum Electricity Industry shock team coordinated with the Central Electricity Service Company and Quang Ngai Electricity Company to complete the column installation within 15 days.

During the implementation of the task, the shock team always received attention, close direction, and support in all aspects from the Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Committee, and mass organizations such as women's workers and youth unions. The shock team also regularly received visits and encouragement from the leaders of the Group, the General Corporation, trade unions at all levels, and other units. This is a great source of motivation for each member of the team to make every effort because this is a national key project, urgent, and plays an important role in national energy security, especially in the Northern region.

The 500 kV line 3 project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi has a total length of about 519 km, passing through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces including Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong and Hung Yen with a total of 1,177 column foundations and a total investment of about 22,300 billion VND.
