Clearly defining the role and position of the Central agencies, of the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline, in recent years, the Party Committee of the Bloc has always closely directed and improved the quality of this very important field of work. However, in reality, there are still some shortcomings and limitations, stemming from the awareness as well as the expertise and professionalism of some cadres doing inspection and supervision work. The Center for Political Training and the Party Committee Inspection Commission of the Bloc have been proactive in coordinating and advising on the implementation of training courses on inspection work in the spirit of focusing on the grassroots, supporting the grassroots, helping the grassroots to solve difficulties and problems in performing Party work in general and inspection and supervision work in particular.

In 2023, the Party Committee of the Bloc organized 6 training courses on inspection work for about 800 members of the inspection committee, members in charge of inspection work of the Party Committee and Party cells. The courses were highly appreciated for their significance, effectiveness, program and quality of reporters. Through understanding the situation, based on the proposals of many Party Committees and survey results of affiliated Party Committees, in 2024, the Party Committee of the Bloc continued to organize 4 training courses on inspection work.

200 trainees attended the training course to listen and discuss 4 topics, including: Thematic inspection and supervision tasks of grassroots party committees and party cells; Party discipline enforcement and handling of party discipline complaints; Handling of denunciations within the Party; Inspection when there are signs of violations against party organizations and party members. Each topic includes theory (regulations) and specific operations.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Comrade Nguyen Van The affirmed that the topics in the program are all key issues, of a professional nature that cadres doing inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee and Party Cell must deploy and implement regularly; at the same time, providing many situations arising from practice in the process of performing tasks.

He suggested that trainees need to focus on their time, increase exchanges and dialogues with reporters to both deeply understand and grasp the regulations and take advantage of opportunities to share concerns and experience in handling common situations in inspection and supervision work.

For the reporters who are leaders of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, it is necessary to focus on consolidating and generalizing theoretical issues; delving into, clarifying, and providing specific and detailed instructions on professional contents; being able to present some common situations in inspection and supervision work, helping comrades in training to easily visualize and apply effectively; it is necessary to increase exchanges and dialogues on thematic content, creating conditions for comrades participating in the class to share experiences, express concerns and difficulties when performing inspection and supervision tasks.

The class organizers need to ensure good learning conditions, support students, and strictly implement regulations so that the class takes place seriously and effectively.

Contributing to improving the quality of inspection and supervision work, the Party Committee of the Bloc has coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to publish the book Q&A on Party work in the Party Committee of the Bloc of Central Agencies.
