Also according to the 2019 Labor Law, on holidays, employees are entitled to rest and receive full pay. If they work on permitted holidays, they will be paid overtime during the holiday.

If working during the day, the employee will receive at least 400% of salary (including 100% of normal working day salary + 300% of holiday salary).

5 consecutive days off

On the occasion of April 30 - May 1 this year, civil servants and public employees will have their working days swapped from Friday, May 2 to Saturday, April 26. Thus, on the occasion of April 30 - May 1, civil servants and public employees will have 5 consecutive days off, from Wednesday, April 30 to Sunday, May 4. Employees will work on Saturday, April 26 to make up for the day.
