In the first quarter, the Labor Federation of Cho Moi district did a good job of taking care of the lives of union members and workers, especially during the Lunar New Year, with the theme: Happy Tet - Spring thanks to the Party, organizing a variety of activities: union year-end meals, cultural and artistic activities, physical education and sports, preferential sales for union members... Giving 404 gifts to union members, workers, union members with occupational diseases and work-related accidents, with a total amount of over 374 million VND; supporting the construction and repair of 4 Union Shelter houses, with a total amount of 175 million VND.

Grassroots trade unions at all levels visited 197 cases of illness, maternity, work-related accidents, and provided medical treatment support... with a total amount of 103 million VND; coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the same level to mobilize cash and in-kind donations worth more than 4.8 billion VND, buying 13,900 gifts for poor and near-poor households during Tet; school trade unions considered supporting 8 union members with serious illnesses, with a total amount of 98 million VND. Women's activities coordinated with the health sector to organize medical examinations, screening tests for various diseases, and free health consultations for 120 union members.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Cho Moi District Labor Federation Ngo Huu Le suggested that in the coming time, grassroots unions continue to do a good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, union members, workers and civil servants. Organize the launching of "Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene", dialogue at the workplace, coordinate periodic health check-ups for cadres and union members, etc.

On this occasion, the conference deployed the Workers' Month plan associated with the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025.
