One of the special cultural activities organized by Vinh Phuc province   Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, up to this point, all preparations for the Vinh Phuc Hot Air Balloon Festival 2025 with the theme "Vinh Phuc flies up with the country" have basically been completed.

The Vinh Phuc Hot Air Balloon Festival - 2025 is held from April 30 to May 4, 2025 at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh Yen city with 30 hot air balloons hosted by Vinasing Group Joint Stock Company, including 13 decorative hot air balloons, 10 helium-filled hot air balloons; 4 hanging hot air balloons for decoration, not carrying people and 3 hot air balloons for carrying people. On the morning of April 30, the organizing unit completed the installation of the hot air balloons, ready to open the Festival on the evening of April 30.

Although the festival has not yet opened, on the morning of April 30, the first day of the April 30 and May 1 holidays, thousands of Vinh Phuc residents eagerly came to Ho Chi Minh Square to witness the first Hot Air Balloon Festival held in Vinh Phuc.

The Vinh Phuc Hot Air Balloon Festival 2025 is a special cultural event for people to enjoy cultural, entertainment and recreational services during the holidays and will open at 8:00 p.m. on April 30 at Ho Chi Minh Square in the province.
