Focus on many key areas
In 2025, Dak Nong sets a growth target of 8.11%. To achieve this target, the province needs to focus on many drastic solutions. In the immediate future, disbursement of public investment capital must be accelerated.
According to the Department of Finance, the province's investment disbursement currently ranks 34th out of 63 provinces and cities. Although the figure is quite good, the amount of undisbursed capital in 2025 is still very large.
Meanwhile, the weather in the Central Highlands is entering the rainy season. Therefore, everyone must work together to complete everything, so that when the weather is favorable, we can speed up progress, especially on key projects.
Regarding investment capital disbursement, at the Conference to assess the socio-economic situation in the first quarter of 2023 on April 3, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that currently, there are basically no more problems with the mechanism.
Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee requests localities and investors to review, if not, they will be at fault with the people. As for individuals who have the idea of waiting for the merger to cause work to stagnate and be interrupted, that locality or organization will take full responsibility.
“The Department of Home Affairs and related departments and sectors monitor the working attitude of cadres, civil servants and public employees. If anyone has a lazy or negligent mindset, they must be corrected immediately. Whatever position we have left, we will fulfill our responsibilities for that day,” Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Muoi directed.
The Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway Project is ready, making efforts and striving to start construction as soon as possible. Regarding key projects, investors should promote their responsibilities to speed up progress.
The Department of Finance reviews and synthesizes to have a plan to transfer capital and accelerate disbursement. Where our authority is, we must do it. More than ever, at this time, we must share together, share responsibility, and work will flow.
Along with public investment disbursement, localities focus on exploiting the potential to increase budget revenue. Relevant units actively support and accelerate the issuance of investment policies for enterprises, especially for investors in the field of bauxite mining and processing. Because high budget revenue contributes to the growth of the province's GRDP.

Regarding socio-economic development, we focus on important tasks such as: disbursing public investment capital, collecting state budget, accelerating the progress of key projects, and attracting investment. By the end of 2025, Dak Nong strives to achieve GRDP growth of 8.11%.
